Vaseline beads vintage (Bohemia)

Bohemian Vaseline beads produced in the early 20th century was originally a greenish-yellow colour due to the presence of uranium salts. These highly prized beads were traded in West Africa.
They were commonly made in either rondelle, bicone or disc form, with hand-cut facets.
